This Provider Agreement is entered into between the Platform and the Provider.

1. The Provider agrees to deliver services professionally and ethically.
2. The Provider shall maintain valid certifications and licenses where required.
3. The Provider agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Payments will be processed according to the Platform’s payment terms.
5. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

By continuing to use the Platform, the Provider agrees to all terms stated above.
